Terms and Conditions

All tendings are carried out Monday to Friday but our customer manager will be available 24 HOUR/DAY from Monday to Sunday.

If your package consists of any special days works/laying will be completed no more than 2 days in advance before you chosen date to ensure that the plot looks its best for your chosen day.

Unless you can provide us with a grave number, we cannot guarantee that the tending will be done on the first visit as we will need to firstly locate the grave which can be difficult at times. If this should be the case there will be a one off additional charge of $30 (grave finding fee)

Occasionally, plant or fresh flower substitutions are necessary due to availability issues or adverse weather. If this is the case we will endeavor to, at least, obtain the best match of style, theme and color.

Once you agree and take out one of our packages we require a maximum of 10 days before we make our first visit. We will endeavor to fulfill any special day visits but this cannot be guaranteed if they fall within this 10 day period.

New clients have a 7 day cooling off period. This begins from the day that you agreed to go ahead with your chosen package. Should you wish to cancel you will be subject to a $20 admin and cancellation fee.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We WILL NOT pass your details on to any third party without your prior written consent. We will only use your details for our own private customer records.

We may from time to time contact you by email or post to inform you of other related products or new services that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this information please notify our customer manager.

We will endeavor to carry out the works on the day(s) agreed in your schedule. If for any reason (severe weather conditions) we cannot do the works we will complete our commitment to you as soon as we possibly can.

We offer some of our packages on a monthly payment plan, should you wish to use this facility a 20% deposit will be required upon completion of the relevant papers. This deposit is non refundable due to payment plan set up fees.

Should a payment be missed on the payment plan there will be an additional $25 admin fee and late payment fee added to your account at our discretion.

We accept various payment methods VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL.
